Pre Sale Questions

Our standard delivery times range from 5-7 business days. However, in the event of delays, shipping may take up to 14 days. You will receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

To start a return, please contact us at support@luvasmr.co.uk. Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Yes, certain items like perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items are non-returnable. Additionally, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will receive your refund within 10 business days via your original payment method. Please note that it can take a few extra days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Yes, the fastest way to exchange an item is to return the one you have and place a new order for the replacement once your return has been accepted.

Yes, we ship to the EU. If you're in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
